Brief business description

We currently stock a wide variety of organic meat including organic rare breeds such as Hereford Beef, Short Horn beef, Gloucester Old Spots pork, Suffolk Black Face lamb and Swadale Cumbrian lamb. All our meat is hung traditionally and is at least 21 day matured before being offered for sale. We also stock organic free range chickens as well as organic eggs, sausages, cooked meats and a wide selection of fruit and vegetables, local organic cheeses, chutneys and preserves.
