I had my rental property ground floor tanked by this company in 2000. In 2004 I had damp problems reappear and they sent a surveyor round. He took wall samples away with him for analysis but, despite repeated phone calls, I never received the promised report from them. I tried to phone them 3 or 4 times last month (August - September 2008) and got no response to the messages I left on their answer machine service. I then sent a recorded delivery letter which the post office has been unable to deliver. The lesson here is get a 30 yr guarantee from them ONLY if it is insurance backed these days. I hope other customers out there have more luck getting in touch with this company than I've had!
