  My 4 month oldtv developed a fault. 2 engineers called to check tv sound fault. never turned it on and said needed new plasma panel and left...leaving tv at address...Had to ring them back to find out what was happening. They said had ordered a plasma panel and would ring me when it was in....They rang a few weeks later and picked up tv. Over a week later it was eventually returned. With a 10inch square mark on inside of screen that was clearly visible.....I recontacted and they came out and took tv away again. That was over 2 weeks ago..every time i ring they say still waiting for panasonic to get back to them...I rang panasonic as they would noyt ring them to chase up and panasonic have no record of them contacting them re faultly panel.....I have had to ring panasonic a sort this matter out up to date....circuit tech not interested and were happy to send me my tv back still faulty and in worse condition than when I sent it with original fault...Horrendous customer service and Ohh still no tv....2 weeks and counting......Will I ever see it again ?? who knows....Trading standards next stop....Use another firm....Circuit tech you may know who I am from this issue...please feel free to maybe ring me and let me know what is going on as you avoiding thius issue...ps I would like my tv back at some point sick of looking at wall in lounge....Bet you wont pay sky bill for delay in returning tv and love the we don't have any loan units available to send you line....Not interested.....Panasonic you need tyo ditch these cowboys giving your company a bad name....

  Thought my TV was a write-off, called these guys and they sorted it for me no problem! was a lot cheaper than throwing it out and getting a new tv

• Avoid Circuit Tech Ltd

  After my Sony TV broke down 2 years after purchase I phoned Insurance company who authorized Circuit Tech Ltd to repair my TV. Circuit Tech Ltd tried to contact me with private (hidden) number. After lady on the phone with bad attitude told me they don't make appointment after 5pm, I agreed to leave work 1 hour earlier to find out they will not turn up even after 4pm. My girlfriend was working afternoon shift 1 week later so she leaves house 2.15pm so I phoned them up if possible for them to be in our house before 2pm and guess what?! We are to busy to be there before 2pm... If I had to decide whether to buy insurance or not for my TV again the answer will be NO it's not worth it especially if you have to deal with companies like this You pay for services and if you need them they don't have time for you...
