Change the Policy
After writing to Countrywide Surveyors, Wood St Bolton; requesting a survey on a property. The answer came back by phone. ""we are sorry due to the high demand for our surveyors we are unable to take on any more clients"" (so they must be doing something right) But!! after pointing out that I was in no particular hurry, she insisted that they were unable to carry the enquiry forward, and that their procedure was for the client to ring up every week to enquire whether or when they would be able to carry out the survey!! She advised me to go elsewhere.
