• A pleasant change

  Having decided to change our business telephone system, we found actually chosing the right equipment extremely challenging. We chose to invite a variety of well known companies to come and discuss and advise us in chosing the right equipment for our business. Having seen around 4 telecoms companies we found ourselves still confused, and no further forward in making our decision. We then decided to invite one more company into the fold. A local company called Britannia Business Communications Ltd. We found their sales person extremely patient, knowledgable and very clear and precise in his advise. Once deciding on the right system we found the installation process excellent. We were kept informed of developments and dates and the engineers on site were polite and very professional. Now up and running we have found the equipment to be exactly what we were looking for.In my opinion there is still something to be said for the personable local business. Well done guys!

• A Suitable Company

  As I was looking for a suitable company to do the work, there were only too many that wanted to quote for things that we didnt really need, let alone could afford. Britannia Business Communications demonstrated insight into the needs of the client & put together a suitable package dictated by those needs. I will be passing my thanks on and i am looking forward to being a client of Britannia Business Communcations Ltd in the future.
