waited over 3 motnhs for a chesterfield. Delivered badly damaged and unfinished! delivery guys were very apologetic, customer services were terrible (told we have to wait 6weeks for replacement, and that is a priority customer!) - only resolve was for money back. they wouldnt deliver at the w'end (even though we couldnt get time off work for new delivery date) - i also had to chase them for a resolve, nobody called me back despite poor goods, no couch to sit on and having to take time off - avoid like the plague, very poor firm with poor qaulity goods and a customer service that is slower than a prehistoric fossil

Top service, excellent quality

Their service really was outstanding, friendly and reliable. Sofa's are handmade and as such expensive but excellent quality - well worth it
