• parcel2go overcharged my credit card

  APPALLING: Parcel2Go's pre and post payment screens (I have screen captures to prove) quoted me £4.99 and I authorised this sum. When my credit card statement arrived it showed they had taken £5.99, Their representative refuses to acknowledge that they cannot simply take any sum that they wish. I have complained to Bolton Trading Standards and my credit card company. It is fundamental that a customer paying by cc must be able to trust that the sum quoted will be the sum taken and no more. The P2G rep. in his/her messages is disdainful of the law in this regard. The matter is ongoing.

• Never never again, Bad customer service

  I book for collection last Wednesday 29th. by Parcel Force. Parcel Force no make a collection and re-arrange with Parcel2go collection soon as possible. Parcel2go take few days to back to me, but they no re-book a soon possible, they re-book a day later, that mean, re-book without ask me the day. after contact again by parcel2go, they unable to book in right day, that mean, my parcel late 1 week negligence by parcel2go need call to parcel force to arrange collection myself. Very bad service parcel2go sure not use again , and spread this review in another sites.

  Stay well clear of parcel2go.com They took payment, never turned up for my parcel, told me they had been,(no card) I asked the parceltogo.co,uk controller to ask the driver what colure my front door was, then they told me he went to the wrong street, I live in an avenue, 3 days later I was sat in my office and heard a tap on a door, I looked out the window and seen the Van, I shot down stairs and there is this scruffy bloke knocking on next door, I asked him if he was picking up and what number did he had, he replied 44 (scratching his balls) ,what number are you, however, he was knocking on 32 and I am 34, I replied 34 its on my door, what name I said, he grunted Wiley, I said, that's me, He picked up the parcel, and that is the last anyone has seen of it, by the way the parcel is 1.5m x .75m x 0.2m + 35kg and its lost, I contacted parcel to go dot gone about 30 times, they told me it was delivered, the person who I sent this parcel to, rang me, nope its not here, he said, I rang Parceltogo.com, they told me they had been but got no answer,(no card) you know what the next question was? yes you guessed, "what colure was the door", no reply, they never turned up, they said it was out for delivery the next day, nothing, I rang them again, they told me it had been delivered, guess what happened next, yes you guessed, my customer rang me and said, nope,nothing. I rang them again where is the parcel, its coming back to you they said, I am still waiting 4 weeks later,the sager continues, county court imminent,

• Save yourselve heartache

  Do not use please! Lost my parcel, customer service is terrible. True its cheap but with hindsight I would pay more and have my stuff back.

• Parcel2Go...going...going...gone

  Parcel2Go are by far the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They may be cheap to use, but their low prices show the dis-value of their services. Read the forums, they are not recommended. Professionalism, in their case, is a byword for incompetence.

• parcel2go - DO NOT USE THEM

  Parcel arrived with contents broken, started a claim and gave all information and pictures they asked for. They failed to give these to the courier they used in time and now it's too late to complete the claim. Upshot is, I now owe my buyer £150 and parcel2go are not interested in sorting it out for me. Essentially once they have your money they are no longer interested. Trust me and the other people who have left reviews on my site set up about them and spend a few quid extra with a reputable firm - DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO. • Brilliant!!

  Parcel2Go were amazing - We needed to send a large item and after a few moments on the website the courier was at the door - It really was that quick. Great service and so much better than going out to the post office and wasting the afternoon. Very pleased!.

• Fantastic

  Parcel2Go were absolutely brilliant. I downloaded all my eBay items in seconds and they were all picked up and delivered the next day. Super service and the people on the phones were brilliant. Have used them many times since then and every time the same great service!! A happy customer here!
