AVOID AT ALL COSTS

dont reply to emails or phone calls, the only reply i got was an abusive email after they tried to take money from my account after i had asked multiple times to cancel my order, this was 2 months after i placed the order

Dont Bother

had a problem ordering - sent email for confirmation - no reply - sent another email asking when delivery - no reply - rang in morning @10:30 rang until was cut off no answer - rang @ 11:00 same again. rang @ 13:30 same again. sent email to cancel -no reply. rang next morning - no answer until cut off. product arrived. Broken product - called monday - managed to finally speak to someone at 3 in the afteroon after trying 3 times during the day - said i had to have a replacement otherwise 25% stocking fee despite wanting to return withn 7 days of the distance selling act. Sent it backanyway asking for a full refund. They say it hasnt arrived - sent it over a week ago. Think very carefully before ordering.
