Why go to a Therapy Centre

When embarking on a personal therapy it is important that you choose wisely.  There is a shortage of regulations regarding alternative therapists and there are so many 'spaghetti soup' qualifiaction that it is difficult to know what you are letting yourself in for. 

If you book with a reputable therapy centre you can be sure that at least the centre will have checked out the qualifications of the practitioners who work there and will expect all practitioner to carry professional liability insurance.  Insurance is usually subject to an acceptable qualification.

It is rare that an unqualified complementary therapist will do you harm but they may take your money and give you little in return.

It is also safer to attend a centre than to visit someone in their home, where all sort of distractions may come into play.  And in a centre there are normally other people around so that you can feel more comfortable to relax.
