  I am afraid to say i was not happy with this nurseries treatment of my son by one of it's staff, i had to pull him from the nursery and get ofsted involved. it was a nightmare and a very emotional time, my son was mistreated and it couldn't be proven her word against mine. I saw with my own eyes but nothing i could do.... i wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we as a family did! it is now (apparently) docummented and on her record for the next 10 years... you can see there complaints book which it has to be documented in or call ofsted... he is now happy and content in his new nursery, i am now after months and months getting over this horrible time and his new nursery and staff have helped wonders with both my & my sons confidence. i am so happy he is happy and confident at his new nursery. i have given an honest review (which this is - not a forum) no point having reviews if you only put the good and ignore the bad... that's why there are so many problems in nuseries ...people keep quiet...well not this time...my son can't speak for himself he was 1yr old. i will speak for him.
