• Dodgy and arrogant

  I actually had an engine delivered to ireland from them. They asked for more money in addition to original price but the engine was still cheaper than I would get in ireland so paid it plus the engine was rare. The engine arrived a week late with No invoice, The invoice took a month to arrive. Phone calls to this company are either not answered or answered with a rude attitude. AND i though irish customer service was bad.... THIS company beats them all

  hi all the company must return your money into your bank account on the 30th day of taking it from you r account, conntacy you r bank and ask them to do a reverse bank transfer, also write to nationwide salvage asking them to return you money, recorded delivery remember so they have to sign for it. each tele number is to an individual and they have several phones.the one that always works is the one on front o website but they will change it to suit. they stole £20.00 from me but i got £450.00 bak. i was threatnd by one called ash told me he would kik my head in after he had been to the gym, i said dont be a fool !!!! he siad he was no fool i was the fool for giving a stranger £470.00 over the phone. (THINK BOUT THAT THEN ) I WONT BE DOING IT AGAIN.......

• Fraudsters

  Wish we had seen these reviews earlier. Same story as everyone else, paid for an engine that still 4 months later has not arrived. How these people can live with themselves ripping people off so blatantly is beyond me.

• PAID FOR GOODS AND NOT RECIEVED THEM FROM NATIONWIDE SALVAGE

  Thanks too every one that has sent me a message about this company fortunatly i got my money back but for those of you that hasn,t would you please send me another message again with either a e-mail address or mobile phone No so i can print them all out and send them to the trading standards etc ( as they may want to get in touch with you to build a case up) this also applies to any one that hasn,t sent me a message already

• Appalling

  I see that many people been having problems with Nationwide Salvage. I ordered a Ford Mondeo engine from them on 1st March, was promised delivery in 3-4 days. It never arrived. I have since been chasing. Very difficult to get through to them. When I have spoken to someone, they have fobbed me off telling me that that engine will definitely arrive in X days. On 10th March I was even told that if I didn't receive engine by 12th March that I would receive a full refund plus �£150 compensation. Still no engine and haven't been able to get through since - constantly engaged (it did ring once but rang for about about 5 mins before I gave up). I'd be interested to hear others' experiences.

• NATIONWIDE SALVAGE ARE FRAUDSTERS

  I PURCHASED AN ENGINE FROM NATIONWIDE SALVAGE ON 2/3/10. MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 3/3/10. WAS PROMISED ENGINE WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3 DAYS, I STILL DONT HAVE MY ENGINE BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT IS £600 SHORT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS AS I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS LIKE THEY HAVE VANISHED INTO THIN AIR ,THE PHONE IS CONSTANTLY ENGAGED. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER UNTIL I GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES.

• what a scam

  i paid cash for an engine over a week ago was told it would be delivered the day after it never came tried ringing them with no answer for 2 days then i went to the office told that it would be with me within the hour (it wasnt) went down again had to call trading standrs and the police they finally dissapeared and came back with an engine ( not too sure where it came from seemed alot dodgy to me ) read reviews on other sites DONT USE THEM KEEP AWAY

  Everything written here is true. A professional looking web site hides the real truth about this company. A company that take your money and don't deliver the purchased goods. A company that has the worst customer service I've ever come across IF you can get to speak to anybody!
