• They really means no job too small

  Tony fitted an outside tap for us that I had been trying to get done for 12 months, with no one turning up to do the job. Whilst he was on the job my neighbour asked if Tony could come back and fit her a new toilet seat if she bought one, I seriously thought that this would be too small a job for anyone but Tony accepted the job and came to my neighbours 2 days later and fitted her new seat.

  Our toilet was leaking and we could not find the stop tap to turn of the water we rang 3 plumbers who said they could come out to us in a few days or that there would be a callout charge because it was an emergency. I found n and m plumbing in the bury times stating no call out fees so contacted them. Tony came out the same day fixed the toilet showing us a service valve that is fitted so the water did not need to be turned off at the main stop tap. he then located the stop tap for our own peace of mind. When it came to paying him he took out his price list and told us what the amount would be, we were shocked even if you took of the callout charge of the other plumbers and just looked at their labour charge, N and M plumbing were cheaper buy at least £10.00. Its good to find a workman who doen,t charge the earth for a job but is also friendly and well mannered. I would recommend Tony to everyone.

• I won't use anyone else

  Tony came to my mums house when we had a leak and found that the stop tap didn't work. He fixed the stop tap then moved onto the leking pipe pipe only charging us for the stop tap he threw in fixing the leak for free.

  I have used N and M plumbing few times and have always been satisfied with the result Tony tUrns up 5 minutes early evry time. I've never had service like this thank you.

  I called Tony out recently to look at my hot water tank as I was getting no hot water what so ever. Tony came round inspected the tank and informed my the immersion heating element had blown. He replaced the element straight away and charged me exactly what he quoted.

  excellent customer service Tony came out when our toilet was leaking at the back he inspected the problem quoted a price and then proceded to do the job. He didn't increase the price he did the job at the cost he quoted and was pleasent and well mannered. I would recommend N and M plumbing to everyone I know Thank you.

  Unbelievable service I called out n and m plumbing to take a look at a leaky radiator valve that needed fixing before a wooden floor was put down. When Tony arrived he not only replace the valve he offered to remove the radiator completely so that the skirting behind could be removed and the floor fitted properly. He then came back put the radiator back on at no extra charge. You do not get service like that anywhere
