Terrible customer relations

Rang Riverside and arranged to have quote done. Fitter did`nt turn up despite my staying in and waiting. I rang the shop and was told 'He's just talking, I`ll get him to ring you back in 5mins'.An hour later I rang again to be told 'I'm sorry, he's been busy with a few things, can he come tonight after 6?'. I explained that I rarely get a weekday off work and had spent it waiting for him and would take my business elsewhere. The shame of it is the fact I wanted to support a local business and had two other relatives who wanted me to ask him to do quotes for them. All in all, I`ve wasted my day off and they have lost 3 customers.
